Michigan Inaccurate Science in DUI Case

uestion: Is it possible for science to be inaccurate in a DUI case?

Answer: One thing that I realized is exactly that. When I was in my undergraduate studies, I was studying science but I was becoming interested in philosophy. I took “The Philosophy of Science,” which was about exactly that. In fact, there’s a book called The Structure of Scientific Revolutions. It’s a famous book by Tom Kuhn. And it talks about how paradigms change over time as it relates to what science thinks they know. And it’s exactly right. Sometimes what we think is right is not right. And knowing the philosophy of science and the science itself really helps me to unravel the forensic evidence.
