helps people win back their lives
Affects of Psychodrama at Barone Defense Firm
Answer: We started using it in 2007. Well I mentioned first, at the beginning, that you can use these types of methods both in the business place as well as the legal arena or the legal field. And part of running a law practice is running a business. So we have a group of individuals that we've brought together for a common purpose, a common goal, and that is to assist our clients. And I said our mission is to help our clients win back their life. So that is our common goal or our common mission. But we have a group of individuals who all come from widely disparate types of backgrounds and we can use these methods for us to gain greater insight into one another and to have a much more effective team as we work together.
And that then translates into a better work environment, a place where people are happier to work, and that translates into being able to more effectively relate to our clients. Because if people are coming to work and the work environment is oppressive or is in some way destabilizing or de-energizing, that can't but help translate into the client. And if the client is themselves in a crisis scenario in their life—which they are if they're facing these kinds of charges—then we have to make sure that the people that are dealing with them, that are in contact with them on a daily basis, are not in their workplace facing the same type of crisis. How many people do you know or maybe in your own background, you've worked in that kind of environment. You can think, I remember working in that place and it was horrible. And the biggest change I think in the firm is that people are much happier at work and they're much more feeling as if they're part of a team of and something important.
