Answer: Well the one thing I just mentioned is really I think what sets us apart from pretty much anybody else that is involved in this kind of work, which is we literally attempt to, as best we can, help our clients win back their lives. Because when people come to our office, they typically are facing more than just a drunk driving arrest. That really is just a symptom of a broader life issue that they may have going on in their life. It's very typical that there has been some other life event that has caused them to end up in our office, by which I mean something like a divorce, a change in employment, maybe a death in the family, some kind of catastrophic event that has caused them to lose their equilibrium in life and that might start them on a path that leads them to our office. And I think what we try to do as a firm is really address the entire person's life rather than just look at the drunk driving arrest. And in some ways we can become a life coach or a recovery coach for them and guide them through the process. And what we really want to do is have them look back on the event as an unfortunate one, one they wish never happened, but in some way something that they're happy it happened because their life has actually been changed in a more positive way. And we want to be part of that positive change for them.
