Role at Barone Defense Firm in Michigan

Answer: I am the manager of operations for the firm. That puts me working in a lot of different areas. One thing I do primarily is manage and develop financial policies, and then implement new strategies to make the best defense accessible to the most amount of people who are impacted in the state of Michigan. I also develop all the processes and procedures for the most effective systems for providing client services and making sure that the representation is second to none. In addition to that I coordinate some of the website marketing efforts and do some editorial work and data analysis.
