Detailed Biography

Attorney and Counselor – Michael J. Boyle joined the Barone Defense Firm in 2005 after a successful solo criminal defense practice. Mr. Boyle has been personally trained and mentored by the Firm’s principal and founding member Mr. Patrick T. Barone. Additionally, Mr. Boyle is a graduate of the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan Trial College. He is currently pursuing certification with the “Trial Lawyers College,” which was founded by nationally renowned trial attorney Gerry Spence. Like Mr. Barone, in pursuing this training Mr. Boyle has worked personally with and been trained by Mr. Spence and has used this training to win drunk driving trials.

Mr. Boyle has been certified as a practitioner of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests in accordance with the standards set forth by the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
